The property exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. However, upon check-in, I was given a standard room instead of the upgraded room I had booked through the app. Thankfully, the staff, particularly a Filipino gentleman, was kind enough to move me to a more suitable room the next day. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to the mall and various restaurants. Free parking is also available.

There were some shortcomings during my stay. The lack of consistency among the team was evident, as no one informed the next shift about ongoing issues.

My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way! The receptionist, Mr. Samsu, was incredibly helpful and made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic, with the Muscat Mall and Nesto Shopping Mall nearby, as well as local shops and restaurants. It's also conveniently located for those traveling by the Muscat Express Road. Additionally, there will be a new Turkish restaurant opening in the same building soon. The room was nice and the furniture was of a normal standard. a great location with plenty of dining options, a serene atmosphere, and kitchenette for basic needs.
